Process Improvement Consulting
LearnSmith improvement consulting services assist organizations plan and complete process improvement projects. Services include assistance in planning, testing, evaluating, and deployment of a proven improvement-change.

LearnSmith will work with you to:
> Identify specific improvement opportunities and goals
> Plan and trial an improvement-change to meet your goals
> Analyze trial data (e.g. on control charts)
> Develop an action plan based on your goals and learnings from the trial
> Develop and implement a change leadership plan to sustain improvement gains
