Organization Development
Organizations are complex, ambiguous, political, and generally difficult to understand and lead. Organization development provides planned system-wide interventions designed to increase organizational effectiveness.   
An OD intervention must be selected and designed by careful analysis of organizational goals and needs. Implementation must be planned and depoyed in a way that effects the needed change. We design and deploy a wide range of interventions including (but not limited to) leading change, building teams, facilitating teams, resolving conflict, and training.
