How we do it...
LearnSmith assistance typically begins with the end in mind - not to assure a particular set of answers - but to inform a particular set of goal related questions. The process goes something like this: identify information goals (needs); develop study questions aligned to those goals; design methods for data collection, analysis, and interpretation; pilot, implement, and improve the study design; implement the study to achieve identified information goals.
